Project Solar were the only ones to book in an appointment to survey my home with honest opinions, sit down with me and discuss what system I wanted and why. The surveyor didn’t attempt to pressure me to buy or join any scheme, they just gave me facts and projected performance figures. Throughout the pre-installation they kept me informed of plans and dates and when it came to installation everything happened exactly how it had been explained to me. The quality of the hardware is very good and installation was excellent. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and were thoroughly polite and easy to get on with. The scaffolding contractors were also excellent. After install, I’ve received courtesy calls from Head Office to see how the install went, if I was happy and if I had any queries. From the product, sales, install and aftercare I cannot fault the company and I’m glad I chose them. It’s refreshing to find a company so well-managed.
I was recommended to Project Solar from a friend who had already had an installation. I went to their house to have a look at the system and see how it all works. I wanted to have solar for many reasons including trying to offset these new energy price rises. I was very pleased with the quotation and wanted to proceed. The process was simple and well explained, I was even given an installation date on the day which was great. I had the team of installers visit my property to put up the scaffolding which all went fine. The installation went well and my system has been working brilliantly ever since. My only regret was not getting solar sooner. Would highly recommend this company to friends.
